What we collect
When you request a valuation, contact us or subscribe to updates we collect your name, email address, phone number and the property details you give us. We also record how you reached the site so we know which marketing is working.
Why we use it
We use your details to produce your valuation report, to contact you about managing your property, and to send occasional updates you can opt out of at any time. We do not sell your data.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you ask us to delete them sooner. Signed agreements and related records are kept for as long as the law requires.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email hello@bhagranstays.co.uk and we'll respond within 30 days.
Marketing emails
Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also unsubscribe directly on our unsubscribe page.
