Bhagran Stays started with one flat in Bedford and a simple frustration: long lets were paying less every year while the work stayed the same.
Our story
From one apartment to a managed portfolio
The first property we ran as a short let earned more in its first quarter than it had in the previous eight months on a tenancy. Other landlords noticed, asked us to do the same for them, and the business grew from there.
Today we manage apartments across Bedfordshire and the surrounding counties for owners who want the income without the operational load. Contractors, relocating professionals, insurance placements and families book them week after week.
We are deliberately not the cheapest and deliberately not the biggest. One fee, no VAT, no tie-in, and a named person who answers the phone.

Own the outcome
If a booking falls through or a boiler fails at midnight, that is ours to fix. You hear about it after it is solved.
Honest numbers
We would rather tell you a property is wrong for short lets than sign it and underdeliver. Our valuations are projections, not sales pitches.
